17. The products and services on this Site are called “Products”. They are offered by FarmConnect or other parties according to these terms and conditions. The Products may change at any time without notice. The information about the Products, such as weight, size, color, and image, may not be exact or real.

18. The Products may not be available in all locations in the Philippines. You should check with your local FarmConnect representative before you order. Your order is only valid if FarmConnect accepts it. The delivery and payment of the Products are subject to other terms and conditions. The warranties and refunds of the Products are also subject to other terms and conditions.

19. The Products may be subject to the laws and regulations of different countries and jurisdictions. You are responsible for following those laws and regulations when you deal with the Products. However, these terms and conditions will still apply to the obligations that are not affected by such events.
